1995 World Champion Livestock Auctioneer, Col. Mike Baxter, welcomes you to the Ranch-Land Auction web site.

A Sandhills native, Mike was born and raised in Blaine County, NE. In 1982 Mike graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. Mike and his wife, Linn, have owned and operated Ranch-Land Auction Service, Inc. since 1983.

As a professional, full-time auctioneer, Mike has conducted numerous commercial and registered cattle and horse sales as well as antique, ranch, farm and real estate auctions. He has also been very active with local and state-wide charity events and fund-raisers.

First class lodging, meals and guides, Heartland Elk at Sparks, Nebraska and Mike Baxter are offering a 400 class bull and other trophy bulls of this same magnitude for Fall 2009.
